Put the true-cost account finder on your website
Credit unions, newcomer settlement services, student unions, libraries and financial-literacy programs can add the finder to their own pages for free. Visitors enter how they bank and see every account ranked by yearly cost; the data updates here, so your page never goes stale.
Fee data retrieved November 1, 2026Who is the embed for?
Anyone who helps people open their first or a cheaper bank account: settlement agencies working with newcomers, campus financial-aid offices, seniors’ centres, community legal clinics and credit-union education pages. The finder shows every institution listed with FCAC — including your competitors — because a neutral ranking is what makes it useful to your visitors.
Add these calculators to your website for free. They run in the visitor's browser, use CanadianBanks.ca's dated Canadian rules, resize themselves, and keep a small "Powered by" link. Good for: Newcomer settlement services, Student unions and campus aid offices, Credit unions and their education pages, Libraries and financial-literacy programs.
- No account or key. Copy the one-line script or the iframe.
- No tracking of your visitors; calculator inputs stay in their browser.
- Optional accent colour to match your site.
- Please don't remove the "Powered by" link or present the tool as your own advice.
True-cost bank account finder
Ranks 330 Canadian chequing and savings accounts by what they would cost a visitor in a year for their own banking — waivers, extra transactions, other-bank ATM fees and student, newcomer and senior prices included. Fees from the FCAC Account Comparison Tool and the banks’ own fee guides, retrieved November 1, 2026.
What visitors see
The full finder: account type, province, who’s banking (student, youth, senior, newcomer), the usage presets and custom transaction counts, and the ranked table with each account’s yearly fees. Account names link to their full fee schedules on CanadianBanks.ca in a new tab. Nothing a visitor types is sent anywhere; the ranking runs in their browser.

The embed carries no ads and no paid placements — same as the finder itself. If you spot a fee that has changed, the methodology page says how we correct it.
